Understanding your Body: Becoming BBF’s…
In this part of the BBB Program is program we will begin to explore your reproductive health and wellness, we start to look at how signs and symptoms presented through & by your body helps us to get a clear and true understanding of where your fertility health is at by delving fully & deeply into how your body might be expressing possible imbalance, stress or sub-optimal fertility from this understanding we can start to work out what is needed to achieve your goal of a healthy, bright, beautiful baby.

Nutrients & Your Diet
In this module you will learn how to eat highly nutritious fertility friendly foods that help to support your body in all the ways necessary for conception. We will also discuss how food can impact your fertility and explore any possible allergies or intolerances that might be hindering conception.

Lifestyle
It is of vital important to consider lifestyle factors when preparing to conceive and you can’t take lightly the impact that good work home balance or the impact that sleep, stress, diet play in your ability to conceive. It is also highly important to not that many lifestyle choices we make can severely affect your fertility complication or seriously compromise the health of the parents and the foetus. Compromise your reproductive health. Lifestyle choices can affect your reproductive either directly or indirectly. Examples of these would be directly through alcohol or smoking or indirectly meaning it might affect nutritional status. Or a combination of the both. Importance of safe detoxification, when to do it and when you should practice restraint.
As part of this module we will be looking at removing toxins and practices that are outwardly impacting your fertility health including identifying, these toxins and practices as well as suggesting alternatives for these practices, some of these might include smoking, sugar, alcohol, medication, caffeine and the ramifications of chemicals on your reproductive system & the health of your baby.
Environment
Unfortunately in the world today we are surrounded by environmental toxins ranging from pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, heavy metals, pollution & radiation to household chemicals which can be detrimental to your health and that of your baby through many ways including DNA damage, hormonal imbalance, overloading our detoxification pathways and much more… Unfortunately whilst pollution and some other environmental toxins might be hard to avoid, there are many others that are absolutely within our ability to control.
In this module we look at a range of toxins that are detrimental to your health and that of your baby, we then explore how to identify them, remove or replace them, detoxify your body from previous exposure, and create a healthy external environment that boosts your defenses against these threats and help you restore normal functioning and balance.

Repro Health & Fertility
Understanding your reproductive system along with what can affect its health and fertility status is of the utmost importance when trying to conceive. When we spend some time understanding our reproductive health, our cycle, how to create the best egg and sperm possible, lush uterine linings, incredibly healthy fertile cervical mucus and conscious conception timings we will be more successful in our fertility conception journey.
During this module you will also learn how it is all connected, how your overall general health status can affect your fertility to impact that thyroid, pituitary, adrenal dysfunction/dysregulation, indigestion, stress, allergies, indigestion and being overweight all may play a huge role in your fertility. We also explore some more common fertility complication such PCOS, endometriosis, PID, thrush, hormonal imbalance, hostile mucous, abnormal sperm, too much ejaculate, viscosity, motility & acidic sperm including how to know if you have one or more of these complications and what can be done if you do!
Fertility Fitness & Movement
Regular movement plays an important role in fertility from transporting essential nutrients throughout the body, reducing stress, promoting quality sleep, enhancing your mood through increased endorphins to getting your body ready for pregnancy and labour. In this module we look at which types of exercise are optimal for fertility & which ones are not, we explore when you should be exercising, how much, how often and overall how to keep fit whilst consciously conceiving.

Stress/ Connection & Emotional Well-being …
Sadly the process of trying to conceive can be highly stressful and feel like you are on an everlasting emotional roller coaster, especially if you have been trying for some time. Many couples find themselves feeling overwhelmed, drained, confused, defeated, guilty and broken through this process. Self-blame and guilt can feel like it’s too much to bare and it can put strain on healthy relationships.
In this module we will look at the relationship between stress and hormonal imbalance and ways to reduce this stress using techniques to calm the mind and help to promote relaxation and reduce those stress hormones that play havoc on fertility.
We also explore how to spice up your conception adventure with ideas of how to spice up your sex life especially if you are beginning to feel that sex has become a little boring or a duty and your connection to your partner is becoming a little thin.

Conscious Conception
In this part of the program we start to put everything together, we have now the charts, you know your body back to front and have it back in balance, you are aware of when your optimal fertile period is and therefore the right time is to conceive and so NOW is the time to start putting it all into action. You are prepared and ready to start the adventure of creating a bright beautiful healthy baby!
